Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3 to 7 business days, express in 1 to 3.

Do you ship internationally?

To select countries. Customs fees, duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email info@iwhip.club with your order number within 24 hours of receiving it. Return shipping is on you, and custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

My order arrived damaged.

Do you include free stickers?

On every order over $40.

How long does a diffuser last?

About 60 days.
